I am Cassandra, the face of Angles Hypnotherapy. I am a kind, warm, empathetic, and compassionate person who provides a safe and judgment-free space for people on their journey, no matter the destination. Learn more about me below!
My passion is helping, supporting, and guiding people on their journey to mindfulness and well-being.

The thought of Hypnotherapy, and any other therapies, can often been seen as ‘taboo’, ‘weak’, ‘shameful’, and ‘scary’ (amongst a lot of other thoughts), but in a time and society where Mental Health matters so much, there is no shame in seeking help, support and guidance to help you overcome obstacles, and achieve your goals.
After receiving Hypnotherapy myself, it opened my eyes to the possibilities that Hypnotherapy can create. Not only does it assist in achieving your goals, but it also opens up the mind to be able to react to situations more calmly and confidently, as well as helping to address the subconscious thoughts that can sometimes cause us to self-sabotage… ever wanted to start a diet but ‘waited’ until the Monday? With the power of Hypnotherapy, this—and so much more—becomes easier; and that negative pattern of self-sabotaging realigns with your wants, your goals, and your ability to achieve.
As well as being a qualified Hypnotherapist and guided meditation instructor, I am also working towards a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. Alongside my Diploma in Hypnotherapy, I also hold a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling Skills and Theory, which enables me to integrate counselling into my practice. This means I can support clients not only through hypnotherapy, but also with talking therapies that explore emotions, patterns of thought, and personal challenges in a safe and supportive space.
I am a Registrant Member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and am working towards Accreditation with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. I also undertake regular CPD training to stay up to date with new approaches, continually improving the quality of care I provide.
Having experienced therapy myself, I understand its power and value from both sides. I believe counselling is not just about addressing difficulties—it’s also about self-discovery, growth, and building resilience. It offers a space to be heard, understood, and supported while working through life’s challenges.
My approach is compassionate, empathetic, and client-centred. Whether through counselling or hypnotherapy, each session is carefully tailored to your needs, drawing on a range of therapeutic methods to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and restore balance. Together, we’ll create the foundation for lasting personal growth and well-being.
I hold a Diploma in Hypnotherapy as well as a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling Skills and Theory. This training allows me to combine evidence-based hypnotherapy with professional counselling techniques, offering clients a safe, ethical, and supportive space for change. My approach is empathetic, client-focused, and tailored to each individual, ensuring both effective hypnotherapy and thoughtful counselling support for your well-being.
